Acceptance of your order happens when we confirm its availability and payment has been successfully processed.
- Cancellation and Changes: Because our products are perishable and often custom-made, all sales are final once an order is confirmed and payment is processed. We generally do not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchange, except in cases of significant error on our part (e.g., wrong item delivered, major quality issue). Any request for changes to an order must be made as soon as possible and are subject to our discretion and ability to accommodate.
Pricing and Payment
- Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in PKR and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment: We accept payment through the methods specified on our website (e.g., bank transfer, wallet transfer). Payment must be received in full before an order is confirmed and prepared.
Delivery and Pickup
- Delivery Area: We only deliver within Khanewal City. Please check our website or contact us to confirm if we deliver to your location.
- Deliver Times: We provide estimated delivery times. These are estimates only and not guaranteed, as unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather) can cause delays.
- Pickup: If you choose pickup, please adhere to the agreed-upon pickup time. We are not responsible for orders not picked up within the designated timeframe.
- Responsibility after Handover: Once an order is delivered or picked up, responsibility for its condition and safe keeping transfer to the customer. We are not liable for damage or spoilage that occurs after handover.
Allergens
Our Products are baked in a home kitchen and may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to: wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, Cocoa, chocolate, and sesame.
While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution or avoid consuming our products. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
